FEDC getting new Executive Director

      Reliable sources have told Forney.US that the Forney EDC will soon announce their new Executive Director - Lynn Spencer, C.M.
      She was recently the Program Manager of Economic Development at Falcon Field Airport in Mesa, Arizona, which has 784 acres with over 800 aircraft, and over 100 businesses on site.
      She also spent almost 3 years as CEO/President and Executive Director at the San Patricio, TX Economic Development Corporation which had 34 board members and 5 full-time staff.
      Ms. Spencer will be working in Forney starting June 14, 2021, filling the vacancy created when Warren Ketteman left June 5, 2020 to become EDC Director at Waxahachie,
