During its regular Nov. 20, 2018 meeting, the Forney City Council met and in summary:
Council Nov. 6 2018 approved juvenile curfew, downtown parking limits, paying for Fox Hollow sidewalk and Gateway Bridge expenses.
City Council Oct. 16, 2018 approves Goodyear Distribution (Project Fireball), discusses juvenile curfew, set annexation hearing dates.
In a short Oct. 02, 2018 meeting, Mayor proclaimed Fire Prevention Week, council renewed contracts for Judges, approved crosswalk signals.
Councils' Sep 18,. 2018 meeting considered density changes to Gateway, Redbud contract, tax rate and more.
Forney Council Sep. 4, 2018 heard very little from public during hearings, approved action for Lady Liberty.
Forney Council Aug. 21, 2018 did not overturn P&Z denial of AG rezoning & sort of denied Brooklyn Village connector plans.
Council Aug. 07, 2018 reviewed budget, new Lady Liberty design, Ch. 380 agreement w/ LCG.
