The Forney EDC Dec. 19 meeting had a presentation by TIP Strategies & EDT Best Practices regarding progress on the strategic plan, updates on downtown development, a lengthy consideration of the FAC lease, and a visit from members of Share the Love. After executive session, approved the purchase of 110 E. Main St for an amount to not exceed $400,000.
